schedule!! Our appt was at 7:30PM and he showed up promptly and was very
efficient.
We originally had 3-Day blinds come in to quote
the job and they came in over $1K higher than Larry's initial quote. We
were able to get the Hunter Douglas blinds we wanted at the cost we could
afford. Larry gave us many options and spent a lot of time walking us
though all options. He was extremely proactive in letting us know when
the blinds arrived and scheduled an appt with us very early in the morning to
fit our busy work schedule.
Larry is a true expert and I would absolutely
recommend him to any friends/family in the market for blinds!

He has a lot of knowledge of the Hunter Douglas product line which was the product line of choice for us. He walked us through all the options we had on various windows and pointed out possible pitfalls with say using certain products in areas of high moisture like bathrooms. He also had a good sense of color and style, helping us understand how a certain product would look in certain rooms.
He made all the window measurements and after we made our choices he placed orders with the factory. Prior to delivery he installed termporary shades throughout our house so we could live there prior to the arrival of the finished products. He told us when the products would be ready and he delivered them all to our new home in his van. He himself installed all the new products in our house and they all came out great. He also took away all the rather formiddable about of packing material for 21 window coverings.
On one large veritcal blind install, he noted a factory flaw in one of the slats. He pointed out that flaw, ordered a replacement piece and installed it on his next visit.
Our experience with Larry and East Bay Blinds was 100% positive. We would and will use his services again should we need any ore window covering work and we have recommended him to others. We highly recommend East Bay Blinds to anyone in the SF Bay Area with window covering needs.
