California Screen Machine

The screen door was difficult to open from the start.  I kept meaning to call to have him come back to fix it.  The hinge broke at the top, so after about 4 months I had him come back.  He seemed to think it was operator error.  My 80 year old mother, who had never been able to open it from the outside without assistance, let him know that it is a screen door and should not need any specialized instruction.  He fixed it, then wanted to be paid another fee for the visit.  I let him know that it never was satisfactory to begin with and I should not have to pay.  I ended up paying it and let him know that I would never do business with him again.  A day later the screen was again not working properly.  I called him to have him come back (for free) and he said he would only on the conditions that I was not there because I had been so rude to him.  I scheduled his visit and he never showed up.  
THIS IS THE WORST MONEY SPENT EVER!!!!

Owner opened for me on a Saturday so I could have my screen replaced immediately. Owner was very friendly and informative and gave me a discount. I would definitely use him again when I have more screens to replace/repair. I think he should change his address as they have moved to Benicia now and that is how I tell people to find them.
