I have a contract where they will come out twice a year for two years for follow-up and tune-up. They have access to almost every brand available. They assisted me with finding the brand that I felt would be the most reliable and dependable. They were very knowledgable and provided excellent feedback that was very helpful in my decision. They provide excellent customer service. They service the Northeast Bay area.

Everything went well. Their price was much more reasonable than the other HVAC company we contacted, and they did a good job with the repairs, too. Cal-Bay was very polite, worked quickly, and didn't try to sell unnecessary products.

Cal Bay responded the same day and diagnosed the problem w/a few options. The service man was polite and courteous. The only complaint is they said they will fix the problem on Friday the latest but did not call to say they were delayed. I had to initiate the call to find out they were showing up on Monday instead. So we were without heat for two more days than we thought. Otherwise, they got the right part, repaired it, and the heat is on again.
