The job went well and quickly. Doug arrived on time and completed the job on the same day, as promised. He removed the old gutters and all debris from the site. The new gutters look excellent and got a big test from the early Feb. downpours. They performed flawlessly. The straight down, steel downspouts do produce some noise, as Doug warned me. It is less noise than that of my former, easily blocked gutters, spilling over onto the driveway.

Made an appointment for a Friday install. Waited a couple hours and called. Was told the scheduler must have forgotten because he had surgery and wasn't feeling well. Second time, I had waited several hours and finally I called to find out when they would be here. They were in Napa finishing one job and wouldn't make it due to bad weather. Don't know if they had planned to call to tell me they would need to reschedule. I had to go around my property and found a lot of nails laying around and asked them to be sure to pick them up as I have grandchildren coming to visit. They cleaned up "most" of them.

ALL GUTTER SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE GUTTERS THROUGHOUT OUR HOUSE ON APRIL 4TH. ALL GUTTER SERVICE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB ON TIME AND THE END RESULT WITH THE GUTTERS LOOKED GREAT. THE COLOR MATCHING TO OUR HOUSE WAS PERFECT AND IT LOOKS GREAT.
