Locally owned and operated full service paving company servicing Santa Cruz and surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial paving, James Steel started JSE soon after moving to the area. Our mission is to be a company that is well respected within the community, building our reputation on the quality of work, integrity, and commitment to our customers. James Steel Engineering also takes pride in educating our customers, and working with them on a plan of action for there paving and grading needs.
