We have another realtor who sends us all the openings and stuff, but Meryl Dean doesn’t push that. We haven’t yet bought the vacation home. She is quite nice, thorough and helpful in getting mortgages through. If you buy a house, you pay, but she has given us just the standard amount right now. She is right now giving us some advice and she hasn’t charged us anything. She is very personal and easy going. There is not a hard sale and she gives you information. She is also a very nice person. She talks about politics. She is very professional. She knew the area particularly San Francisco. She knew what could fit us and what couldn’t. She looked into the ones that we could afford. She also showed us a couple of houses that we couldn’t afford. I would use her services in the future too.
