They are a really a great company and definitely the go to people in this area for carpet cleaning. I will only use them.

Our cleaning tech was Didier and he actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. Fine with us. Didier was very professional and explained everything he would do to make our sofa clean again. He took great care in handling the fabric cushions and sectional bases. He even used floor cloths although we have tile floors. The sofa sections were vacuumed multiple times - there was a lot of cat hair embedded in the fabric that our vacuum wasn't able to handle. Because the cleaning process was so successful, we opted to have Didier apply a fabric protector coat.
The process of vacuuming, cleaning and protecting the sofa took over 5 hours but the sofa looks great. We are very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend or family member. 

They had go out of their way to get to the house because of the condo access rules. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and were great working with.

This was my first experience with each of the services that Burrous Bros. provided.  I was surprised at what seemed to be a higher cost than I expected.  Frank Burrous explained that the products for sealing and stain resistant treatments are costly.  I decided to proceed with the work since it isn't done very often.
Frank and the Burrous staff were outstanding.  Frank followed with me throughout the scheduling, estimating, and service processes. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly.
Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction. After the work was completed, I was contacted again by Frank to confirm whether or not I was satisfied with the work done as well as asked if I had any questions.
In my estimation, the name Burrous means GREAT customer satisfaction.  I recommend them to anyone who is considering similar type of cleaning services for their home or business.

They save the customer time and money and me a headache. They aren't the cheapest around but I wouldn't go with the cheapest. They are a busy little company.

They were excellent. They got all the stains out and did a very thorough job. The carpet dried fairly quickly and it wasn't over saturated. Two or three weeks later when I do have a spill, it comes right up so the scotchguarding is working. I have been very pleased with it so far because I have two hairy dogs that track in.

We have a two-story, four-bdroom house that is about twenty-five steps down from a small parking space. In the past we've had carpet cleaners walk away from the job, tell us they don't have enough hose to do the downstairs, or want to charge us an extra $300. We had none of those problems with Burrous Bros. The cleaner arrived on time, got up all the stains from Christmas parties, including a stubborn stain in the middle of our living room, and did it for the estimate quoted over the phone. I don't know how it could have gone better.

My carpet (at least 10 years old) was covered in stains, upstairs and down. I called Burrous Brothers on Monday of Thanksgiving week and they arrived the next day. Amazing. Two hours later, the carpet was brand new. They arrived exactly on time. The cost included scotch guarding. I would absolutely use them again. Great, great service!

Their prices are high but well worth it. They will stick with any area until they get the stain out. They are very knowledgeable about their profession. They take pride in their work and are not in a rush to get out of the house. I would recommend them to others.
