I called Gil on saturday morning at 9 when I noticed the fridge was warm. He diagnosed it over the phone! and said that he would come by around noon. He then called to say he would be able to come at 11. He came in and cleaned and fixed it in about 45 minutes.

He showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and repaired the refrigerator quickly as well. I would highly recommend using this company.

This is an undercounter ULine refrigerator, about 10 years old, that suddenly failed. Bill was my third call as two other providers would not work on ULine for some reason. No problem for Bill who came out same day as my call, showed up on time, and diagnosed a failed thermostat control. The repair was relatively quick but extensive in that it involved removing the back panel, the cold plate inside the cabinet and the the thermo control at the front, with a new control switch and line installed front to back.. Bill was punctual and amiable. The repair restored function & at $194, parts & labor, was a bargain compared to the $1500-1700 full replacement cost of the unit. Hel specializes in refrigeration and you'd have to ask him about other appliances-- but I would definitely recommend him.

Gil, the owner, set an appointment right away. He called to verify he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator immediately, and fixed it. He had brought a part (having ascertained in advance what the problem might be based on my description over the phone) -- it turned out we didn't need the part, but if we had, he would not have had to order it, make a return visit, etc. He was professional and very personable.
