4 years later, the roof/skylight is leaking again, and while I want to give them every opportunity to inspect their prior work and correct any failures of their work, I cannot get them to react. They answer the phone, I've talked to them three times about the problem and that I want them to look at their work, and I sit by the phone waiting for the call back telling me when they are sending someone out. Now it is about to rain and I get to watch it leak some more while I find a firm that cares.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF MOVING MY FURNITURE AND COVERING THINGS UP SO THEY DIDN'T PAINT ON MY FURNITURE OR VALUABLES. FOR THE PRICE OF THE JOB THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB.
