V&V Construction and Electrical

I shopped around for a few quotes for an electrical panel upgrade and was recommended V&V construction. I called and Vlad scheduled time with me to visit my house to provide and a more accurate quote. I ended up going with him for his electrical knowledge and commitment to drive from the Peninsula to Livermore. After, getting the permits to make the upgrade, Vlad finished the job in 2 days. 1) to set up the new panel and conduit to the approved location 2) perform the switch off from the old panel to new. In all, Vlad is knowledgeable in his craftsmanship and provided excellent customer service. A plus is he found asbestos on the wires from my AC unit to the panel and he helped me replace it for free, I only had to pay for the materials. Thank you Vlad for all your hard work!

They are extremely qualified. They know what they are doing. They won't take short cuts and make sure that everything is safely done.

Vlad is a trustworthy and skilled contractor. Not only did he handle all of our electrical needs but I had him do several other projects too when I discovered the diverse skill sets he has as a general contractor. Highly recommend for nearly any home project - if he can't do it (rare) he knows someone who can for a very reasonable price and similar quality.

I spent $350 on that last service and he a lot of little projects. I like that he really, really knows what he is doing and I never question his work. I never worry about it at all and I tend to be very nervous about electricians, but I know that he knows he what he is doing. I would tell others that he is very neat and clean and I totally trust his work.

I never had to question his work, he is just way careful and does everything by the book. I've done large projects and the inspector looked at the work and said his name because he knows him so well. So inspectors around town know their name and know their work. He has a good reputation with building inspectors, he really knows his stuff and I can't even begin to tell you.

Their work was approved even by the inspector. They were really outstanding. They don’t have any ego hassles. Vladimir Vinarsky from V and V Electric also does remodeling for big houses, along with small jobs. He has put in new panels for me. He knows the electric work inside out. He really knows his stuff. When I remodeled the kitchen, he updated my wiring and put up a new box. The inspector came out and he knew that his work was very reliable. He knows what he is doing. He is a little bit of a perfectionist. He is highly qualified. His son, who is currently in high school, can fix computers, set-up an entire office and is really quick. I’ll continue to use V and V Electric. I have sent them to my mother for some electric work in the past.
