I WAS LOOKING FOR A TREE TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT WAS DYING IN MY BACKYARD. THE PEOPLE AT TYLER'S WERE GREAT, AND THEY RECOMMENDED A TREE FOR ME. I ASKED IF THEY PLANTED THEM. THEY SAID THEY HAVE A MAN THEY USE TO PLANT THEM. WHEN I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF THE MAN, HE SAID HE COULD DO IT. HE SHOWED UP AND QUOTED ME $400.00 TO REMOVE THE OLD AND PLANT THE NEW. HE DIDN'T REMOVE ALL OF THE OLD TREE, AND HE PLANTED IT TOO CLOSE TO THE FENCE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOB HE DID, AND WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF TYLER'S THEY SAID THEY WOULD TRY TO REACH THE MAN. I REALLY ENJOY TYLER'S NURSERY. THEY ARE A BEAUTIFUL NURSERY, AND THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS SO NICE AND HELPFUL, BUT IN THIS SITUATION THEY DIDN'T HANDLE THINGS RIGHT.
