My husband was very satisfied.

Replaced pump. Leak developed and Spa Technician came back and repaired quickly under warranty.

My son was with him both times. He said he was respectful and professional. Each time we called Jeff, he was there by the next day! As long as he keeps up the good work and doesn't raise his rates, we will continue using him.

We had a leak that was in a difficult to access place. Another repairman said that he'd need to move the whole spa to fix, and it would take hundreds of dollars, but Jeff was able to fix for much cheaper than that. So far the repair looks great.

Now that the spa is back in service, I started having a separate problem, the motor switching on and off. Jeff returned my call and told me over the phone how to disconnect the satellite control panel, since those often short out. That did the trick! Quick and accurate advice, much appreciated. Thanks!

Received fixed price quote for the job. All went well until I was told they would need more money to cover removal of part of the decking which was included in the quote. What a surprise! Then there were threats. I see lots of other happy customers listed here, but this was an awful experience. Not recommended.

They did a good job. I had no problem with them.

The overall experience was superb! I called Jeff and left him a message - he returned my call that evening and came out the next morning to assess my spa issue. He was very nice, professional and extremely knowledgable about all things "spa". He was patient as we discovered that the previous owners of this house had built the lovely deck around our spa and closed in the only access point to the pump system! We had to pull off a few deck boards to get into the spa and investigate. Not only did Jeff quickly identify and fix the initial problem I called him out to work on, he got a few of my jets performing better, educated me on tips of the trade on best products to be using, how to get the best performance out of the system, and how to improve the lifespan of the spa overall. Jeff is a gem! I will call him again in a heart beat if this spa needs future repair or general service.

Jeff came out to the house the day after I called and fixed all major issues in one visit. Very knowledgeable and his pricing was fair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They responded to our message promptly and arranged to come out the next day. Jeff tested all the equipment to see if it could be repaired rather than having to be replaced. We appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell us parts that weren't needed as other companies we have tried have done. He is totally trustworthy and we were very comfortable having him work at the house.

Great. I called and explained the problem. They came out within a day or two. I couldn't be home, but I told them to go on in the yard. They got the jets working and cleaned everything, including the spa cover. Left a bill for me.

Mike came out the day after I called. He was right on time, friendly, answered all my questions. He did a thorough job. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

I called Jeff Tues night; Mike was there the next afternoon. He not only repaired the leak, he cleaned my hot tub until it was smooth and sparkling clean. He even cleaned the hot tub cover! Even though I tried to clean before Mike got here, there were several banana slugs attracted to the leak. Mike was very pleasant. He even likes our dog. And he refilled the tub and washed down the deck. Jeff will bill me later. They made it soooo easy. And they're nice. Mike and Jeff make a great team. We will continue to use them.

A plug blew out of the hot tub pump, and it totally drained itself into the control area. I could see the hole, but didn't know how to go about fixing it. I called Spa Technician and he returned my call quickly. The following day, he came out to diagnose and make a repair. The next day, after I refilled the hot tub, he came out to start everything up and make sure it was working properly. Jeff was very professional and courteous, and he didn't "talk down" to me. Thank you, Jeff!

Excellent service from both Jeff and his son Mike. Followed through and did an excellent job. Also very pleasant to deal with. Felt they are very honest and trustworthy in their work and evaluations. Will use again....

Jeff and his son, Mike, did fine work for us. We hadn't used our spa for months and it was in sad need of a complete clean-up and tune-up. They were efficient and speedy. Great work.

After frustration with another vendor, I checked Angie's List and call Spa Technician. It was pouring rain, but Jeff came out, filled up the tube, spent 2 hours out in the rain fixing the problem. He followed up in a couple of days to make sure it was working. Excellent customer service!

WE HAVE USED THE SPA TECHNICIAN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND HAVE ALWAYS DELIVERED GREAT RESULTS. IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE THEY WERE ABLE TO REBUILD THE PART AND REPLACE ANOTHER PART UNDER WARRANTY IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHILE SAVING US MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

I'VE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH DAVE FLEMING'S WORK. HE IS AVAILABLE, PUNCTUAL, COMPLETES THE WORK WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME AND THE WORK IS SATISFACTORY. DAVE HAS ALSO BEEN WILLING TO ADVISE AGAINST DOING CERTAIN WORK.

REALLY DOES A NICE JOB. ANALYZED THE PROBELM, RESPONDED QUICKLY, GAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS (REPAIR VERSUS REPLACE, QUALITY OF REPLACEMENT HEATER). RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY.
