Signature Roofing was professional, polite and responsive from start to finish! William came out and inspected my roof, talked about the various options and how the roofing project would look from start to finish. He discussed potential unknowns such as dry-rot and how they charge for that. When they actually started the roof George, the owner of Signature Roofing, communicated every day what to expect and was available when I had questions. At the end they did a nice cleanup with a magnet around my property. Signature Roofing clearly understands great customer service! I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

As repeat customers, we initially worked with Signature Roofing about 15 years ago to replace an old wood shake roof on our first home. At the time, we found them to be very professional, from the moment we received the quote through the entire re-roofing process. They were very honest, punctual, and did a wonderful job of installing a high quality roof with no problems during the following rainy season - no leakage at all, even around three skylights. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up after the project was completed. But what really stood out was the building inspector's comments when it came time to sell our home. The building inspector said that the roof installed by Signature was probably the nicest roof he had ever seen, and he gave them an A+ for their quality and workmanship. Our experience with Signature was so positive that when it came time to re-roof our second home, we didn't bother to get quotes from any other roofing company. Again, we found both William and George to be very professional, honest and punctual. We met with William first, who patiently took the time to walk around the house and answer all of our questions and concerns. We discussed ventilation, dry rot issues, the different types of roofing materials out there, whether or not to replace the gutters or add more insulation, and even rodent issues which other neighbors around us have had. William was very honest. He told us what we did or did not need and didn't try to push more expensive products or services with us. Both William and George were very good at responding to our emails within the same day with answers to any additional questions and concerns we had. Once the re-roofing project started, George kept us updated with daily progress reports. After the installation, they did an extremely thorough job of cleaning up. Our gardener was very impressed, stating that in the 30 years of working as a gardener, she has NEVER seen such a thorough clean-up job. Our new roof looks beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the re-roofing job by Signature Roofing. We highly recommend them!!!

Excellent. I lived next door to the property that was having the new roof installed and I got to watch every step of the project. One worker in particular stood out as extraordinary and his name was Jose. He worked non-stop every single day he was here and in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty. Signature Roofing runs a professional, customer-service-oriented business. Communication was prompt, polite, and accurate, and they did what they said they were going to do, sometimes sooner than their original estimate. They provided educational documents about roofing, a short and easy-to-understand contract, and a standing offer to answer any questions I had. They were upfront about insurance and what my city required of my home in addition to inspecting the roof to sign off on the permit (e.g. smoke and carbon monoxide detectors), well in advance of the service date. They cleaned up the property thoroughly and sealed my existing gutters. My new roof looks great, particularly with the new flashings that coordinate with the roofing material color. My neighbors (and I) were amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the re-roof, too. I highly recommend George, William, Juan and the rest of the Signature team.

Signature did a great job tearing off the old and putting a new roof on my house. Communication was excellent throughout, start and end dates were just as estimated up front, coordination of all the different crews was like clockwork so the job was completed quickly in three days, work was performed exactly as agreed to with good workmanship, cleanup was thorough including protecting the flagstone patio and tarping the garage to keep it clean. There were a few minor issues taken care of immediately, and price was on the low end of the four quotes I got. It's been raining all day since they finished and no leaks, nice for a change. Very happy with their service and the roof looks great.

Signature is as good as it gets. There are other vendors out there with great awesome reviews as well, but I'm glad I went with these guys. Very professional, responsive, and a job well done. If I needed anything and got in contact with them, even via email, someone was there to reassure and answer my questions and more importantly resolve my concerns. Now that's customer service! Yet even with service needed for another home not within their scope, William had someone to recommend.

Everyone at Signature Roofing was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the project. For the most part, I was kept aware of the schedule as we proceeded and when some unexpected problems came up, Signature responded quickly. Since we have just tested the roof with a major local rain storm, I am confident that their work was good quality and that they will honor their warranty agreement. Signature roofing had a number of recommendations on our Nextdoor chat on roof replacement. Good reviews on other review services like Yelp. Was very impressed by William and how organized the company is. They had a list of homes in the neighborhood to view different shingle styles and color so made choosing easy. Walked through what I was wanted to do. Guided me through the various gutter options to get the look we wanted. The quote was fair with it broken down into the cost differential of the various shingle types, cost of gutter replacement etc.
Was planning a solar system so needed them to coordinate with my solar installer. They did a great job having the solar company put in what they felt best for longevity of the roof - slightly taller posts, larger flashings etc.
Attention to detail was spot on. They noticed that I only had 1/2 inch plywood and that the nails would show through the eves, so recommended a layering material so that it wouldn't be noticeable. Small cost overrun but well worth it. Other companies likely wouldn't have said anything. George, the president, sent daily emails updating me on the project and any issues like the nails and eves.

Signature Roofing was a great choice for us. We were highly impressed with their professionalism, their pricing -- the entire experience was top notch from start to finish.
We received our quote promptly after Signature came out to assess our old roof. The pricing was definitely in line with what we expected and in addition to the quote, we received lots of information on the entire roofing process as well as nearby locations of jobs completed by Signature so that we could go look and choose the style of roofing material we wanted.
We got our quote in November and were put on a waiting list for the spring. With the rainy season coming in, Signature will not confirm a start date until one week prior to beginning of work, so that they can monitor the weather. Work began in March 2016 and was finished in about a week. The crew was on time every day and each day they cleaned every bit of trash, etc., that was on the ground from that day's work.
We have 3 skylights that needed replacing, so we were given 3 large plastic covers for inside the house, so that we could cover our furniture under the skylights when they were working on them. The skylights had to be special ordered, so they were covered with plywood for 2 weeks until the order came in. When the skylights arrived, the team came and installed them in record time.
We are so happy with how the roof turned out and how professional and courteous everyone as Signature was. Additionally, we had solar installed right after the roofing job, so our solar company representative worked closely with the Signature team to ensure that certain roofing items were done that would not interfere with the solar installation (ex: where to place the roof vents).
We highly recommend Signature Roofing.

I was super impressed with Signature Roofing:
- - Prompt quote accompanied with lots of helpful information about the roofing process
- - I emailed them just before Christmas (before we were scheduled to have the roof replaced) when a roof leak was creating a giant water bubble in the garage directly above the circuit box. They sent out someone to repair the leak on Christmas Eve, free of charge. I was so surprised and thankful that they patched the old roof for me weeks before they were scheduled to do any work...and on a holiday, too.

It went very smooth. They started on the scheduled time and finished on schedule. They cleaned up after completion.
One small damage occurred which was taken care of both timely and satisfactorily.
Even the city inspector commented on the excellence of the work after he completed the final inspection.
We are very pleased with the work.

Extremely well organized and extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was done on schedule. Excellent communication. Time will tell, but the workmanship seems excellent. Note, I am not one to use superlatives casually--I was really impressed. Only one minor glitch on an unusual section of guttering/downspout that was canted, but they fixed it upon my request. They were not the least expensive, but the peace of mind I had during the process was worth it.

Signature roof workers did come to start the work on the schedule date.
Overall I like their work. They did clean up my drive way well after the work done every day. I only have one complain. They have done a good preparation work to my garage to prevent dust fill my garage. But for my Living room, they did not put on cover or give me the advance warning to cover all my furniture. So my whole living room and furniture covered with dust after the living roof was done. It took me a lot of time to clean up my living room.

Roofer (George Beldon) was able to move me up almost 8 weeks ahead of schedule as he knew I had other projects contingent on completed roofing (much appreciated).
His crews were prompt, polite, professional and efficient. Clean up was thorough (their tarping the garage interior saved a lot of post roofing mess). The roofing was completed in about 1 1/2 days(!).
The roof (Timberline HD Shakewood) looks great and met my expectations.
Although still pending are a skylight and gutters, I expect these jobs to go smoothly given the roofing experience.
The proposal was in the mid to upper-mid range but very reasonable considering the service provided.
I found George Beldon to be prompt and responsive for any inquiries (phone or email) and would give him and his company an unqualified recommendation.
