"We apologize for not being able to meet your expectation in regards to this job. We aim to always provide the highest level of service and professionalism to all our customer at each and every job. We looked over our invoices and spoke to the technicians who were in charge of this job and tried to figure out what we could have done better. According to the documented two invoices from Dec 2011 and July 2012, and the technicians, it appears that the carpet we cleaned at this job location are worn at high traffic areas. Due to this reason, our technicians had to apply extra cleaning solution and special traffic lane cleaner to treat these tougher areas. The drying time may have took longer than usual because of the extra solution we had to apply to those areas. Our technicians cleaned the high traffic areas with extra steps and repeated the cleaning multiple times. Concentrated cleaning at a certain areas, especially areas that are worn, will cause fiber damage to that area. We tried our best and provided extra care for those areas without causing any further damages to the carpet itself. Our technicians should have explained the special situation with the carpet and what we will do to treat it with before the job started. We apologize if our technicians failed to disclose these concerns with your prior to the cleaning of the job."
I used a coupon, and the measurements fit into one category on the coupon. They conscientiously did their best to measure and follow the guidelines of the coupon to assure I got the advertised price. They were very professional and efficient. They were a little over an hour outside/later the time window we agreed upon so that the crew could have a lunch hour after their morning job went longer than they thought. As a result, I decided not to have a couch and two area rugs done because my schedule was pinched. They offered to come back and do them at 1/2 price another time. I would have them return the next time I needed a simple carpet cleaning.
