MR KOHARA COMES WITH HIS CREW EVERY WEEK, USUALLY AT THE SAME TIME, AND FINISHES THE JOB IN 15 MINUTES OR LESS. WE'VE BEEN USING HIM FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS. AT FIRST, THEY SWEPT BY HAND, BUT NOW THEY USE A BLOWER. IT'S NOT TOO LOUD AND THEY'RE DONE SO FAST, I DON'T MIND. HE ALSO CLEANS THE DRIVEWAY AND DOES ANY OTHER JOBS I ASK. SOMETIMES HE HAS TO COME BACK TO DO A TREE PLANTING OR SOMETHING. HE RARELY CHARGES ME FOR ANY EXTRA WORK. SPEAKS VERY LITTLE ENGLISH; CREW SPEAKS SPANISH. VERY CLEAN, PROMPT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL.
