They did the repairs quickly

The technician that came out to work on my base board heater was busy on another call and he called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was on time.

Showed up and fixed my busted furnace with 3 hours of talking to them light speed service! Also diagnosed problem within 1 minute (!) of opening the furnace hood. And gave me good advice on how to save money on a potentially very expensive repair. Very pleased, would hire again.

The technician came to my home the morning after i submitted my project. He was able to get the furnace working during his initial inspection. He recommended that i have a more thorough servicing and replace some parts. He gave me an estimate which I accepted. He called me when he had procured all the parts and scheduled another appt for the next morning. When he arrived, i signed the estimate, and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes.

Project diagnosis and solution was top notch, but severely over-priced for replacing a thermostat.. $695 for parts and labor.

Overall good. Confusing about the various costs for different levels of service.

Very good at answering questions and prompt arrival (even early)

Great Customer Service! Scheduled on the same day that I called. Priced on the higher side. The tech seemed like he was in a rush and had to call him back to double-check a part that was making noises which he said he had fixed.

The company was able to send a repairman out a few hours after my initial contact. The repairman was very professional. He was able to determine the problem and fix it within 30 minutes. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The price was very reasonable.

The repairman was all business, not chit chatty like others. He dianosed the problem that (I thought I had) and quoted on the spot. Once approved, he grabbed the part from his truck, installed it quickly, made sure everything was working properly and was done in a jiffy! Will call them again when I have a problem.

on time, somewhat of a language barrier but overall good, a little pricy but worth it for promptness and efficiency.

He was good and efficient

Never showed up for scheduled time. Why does home advisor have online scheduling if none of the contractors actually use it. No response to several phone calls and messages to try to verify or set up an appointment. I eventually gave up and went with someone else who picked up the phone.

Our ac broke down suddenly yesterday I checked for a company on Google to fix my AC. I found this company heating and air with 5 star reviews I called them to set an appointment. I asked for an emergency service. They were able to come at the same day. They gave me 3 hour window. The best response time I've ever received. Technician Baker was here on time he called when he was on the way. Baker was quick efficient and able to identify the issue immediately and still took the time to answer all my questions. I'm so pleased and grateful . I'd ask for Baker everytime. Thank you for being so good at your job. I highly recommend this amazing service with this company. Thank u again.
