Excellent customer service.

They are very straight and prompt in their work. They are available and they know what they are doing. It is general-purpose hardware store, but they also Specialize in small engines, lawnmowers, blowers and that kind of stuff.

They have the best selection for this stuff that I have found. They were timely and very helpful. They showed me a lot of choices and even special ordered some things for me. They gave me credit for exchanges with no problems as well. I was in a hurry and they did a two day air shipment for me, which was nice as well. They really carry high quality goods.

Belmont hardware specializes in a large selection of knobs, locks, doorknobs, hinges, etc., making this place distinctive from your everyday neighborhood hardware store. They also have regular hardware and tools, too, which they move into the building next door. When I came in for some stainless hardware, they didn't have what I wanted but they told me of a nearby industrial supply place. I'd rather go here to get my various hardware, than the local Home Depot.

Very knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a nice glass doorknob that I initially bought from Home Depot but they do not carry it anymore. They found the right one and also taught me how to do the work and I also mixed the door knobs with some diff styles so the outside was glass and the inside was a polished chrome for the bathrooms. Receipt of the product took too long but that is more a manufacturer issue....I think.
