Ray was wonderful to work with. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I liked how he came to our house to show us the sample shades and carpets so that we can see how they actually fit in with the home and furnishings. He spent hours with us going through the different considerations when choosing each type of style and color. The timeline for completing the projects was very accurate, and we were given updates on a regular basis about each step's completion. What more more impressive was that Ray even came back 5 months later to fix a damaged bracketing on one of our shades, likely from the nanny pulling incorrectly on one of the retraction lines, as a one time complimentary service. The Quality of workmanship was top notch, but Ray stands out with his exemplary customer service.

Ray was great. He came out to my house to do an estimate and show me samples. He determined that it was only necessary to remove the old top layer of vinyl in the kitchen. With regards to the lower layer, he put some sort of material to encapsulate the asbestos-filled vinyl. That saved me about $3000 right there, not having to have an asbestos-abatement company remove the asbestos. Then he carefully pulled off the old molding from the walls, glued the new vinyl on the "floating" floor he had created, and then carefully nailed the molding back in place around the edges. This way, the vinyl looks great and will never curl up. Note that I had another company give me an estimate before this, and their estimate said that it did not include putting the molding back, so I don't know how much those people would have tried to charge and add to the estimate. With Ray, it was all included from the beginning. I had planned to have new laminate flooring put in my 2 bedrooms, and I was going to have Home Depot do that because it was cheaper and they let you pay it off over several months with no interest, but then I read some reviews about Home Depot, like this one: [*** Link removed ***] And so I got too scared to let Home Depot do anything, and I'm going to have Ray do those rooms now.

Ray came out right away, gave me a quote on the spot and honored that quote even when the job was significantly more time consuming than he originally thought. He did excellent work and we got many compliments on the carpeting that following Sunday. Ray was ultra-professional, extremely friendly and customer-service oriented. If I ever had another carpeting job, he's the only phone call I would make.

It turned out very well. I would definitely use them again. The gentleman that came and provided the service was Ray Johnson. He was very professional. He was very exact as to what he was going to do. Even though he encountered difficulties with the project because the materials I had ordered had changed, he kept coming back and made sure that the job was done correctly. He didn't charge me anything additional even though it cost him more to do it. He was very, very good. I was very impressed.
