Doors were all delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was performed by Dave hambrick Painting

Company at the recommendation of Rich Door and Window. Installers showed up as scheduled and performed installations in professional manner. Trouble with door latch due to hardware problem, not due to installation was fixed to my satisfaction. Faulty parts were replaced twice and then entire new assembly was provided in order to fix the problem. All rework was done as scheduled and to my satisfaction. Both Rich Door and Dave Hambrick did all they could to fix the problem with the hardware in a timely manner and told me that that they would resolve the issue completely to my satisfaction, which they did.
I would not hesitate to give them my future business or highly recommend them to friends and family.
