R&D Air Conditioning is a family owned company that has enjoyed helping people with all of their Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation needs since 1994. We help with needs from the smallest questions about their thermostat to full installations of a new system best suited for them. All of our experience and continuing education in our field of work makes us best suited to give you the best options for your situation. We have a very competitive rate at $80/hr. and just a $50 service call. No hidden charges and every repair is quoted before we do the repair. We have many customers that have been with us since 1994. Friends by the thousands, that is what we have gained. Some try other companies, but always return to our honesty and commonsense approach to their HVAC needs. We will never sell you something you do not need or want and we will spend time with you explaining all there is out there to make you more comfortable. The job was completed in about 2and frac12; hours, which included the tech having to leave and go pick up the correct motor.
When we received the bill it was only $375 because the tech said the motor was actually less expensive then he thought. They could very well have charged us the agreed upon price, us not being the wiser of the motor cost.
They are honest, proficient, fast and reliable.
