The quality is great. Every time, you know you are getting taken care of and he is not going to rip you off. He is extremely honest. We have used them for years. We remodeled our house a few years ago and we were done messing around with some of those losers and we just called him. It ended up working for us in the end because he just took care of everything. The price is worth everything you are paying. He is not the top of the list. He is not the most expensive, but he is not the cheapest. He is awesome.

My previous plumber retired and sold his business to plumbers I wasn't happy with. Ron was a referral from a neighbor and he's great to work with - punctual, reliable, and of course, does great work. Very happy.

Ron came in and finished the job after we fired another plumber. He installed all the fixtures in the bathroom, checked all the work the other plumber had done, and fixed the venting system on our dryer. He was professional, prompt, and upfront and honest with his pricing. You might find someone who is cheaper, but we tried that before and if we would've gone with Ron from the beginning it would have actually saved us money. I have already recommended him to a number of friends and family and those that have used him feel the same as I do.

He lives six doors down from here. He is like my family plumber. I use him all the time. The filter was installed very neatly. It was out of the way and out of the sight. He is scheduled to come out again to put a filter on a dishwasher and to replace a toilet seat. His work is professionally done. When the job is done, it's done. There are no little things left over. There is nothing, he has to come back and finish later. When he is there, he gets it done. If he has to get a part from somewhere else, he goes, gets it and does it.

Ron from Maxwell Plumbing and Heating came over at the scheduled time, removed existing piping, installed the seismic valve, tested the unit for leaks, lit the pilots, and provided information regarding the operation of the valve. He was pleasant and helpful.

I've used him around 10 times. It is just one man and his wife runs the office. He is the best. The service is polite and prompt. He is as honest as honest can be. I have a dog and I leave a treat with the key by the shed. He gives the dog the treat and lets himself in to do the work. He is very, very honest and he will come as soon as he possibly can. I will definitely use him again. He has also installed a water heater and an earthquake shut off valve for us. I can't say enough about the guy; he is just really nice to work with.
