They came once and I was under the impression they come once a month, since there's a monthly charge and that's how it was explained to me. They kept changing the time and date on me. When I asked them to come back and treat again they never showed and never sent an email confirmation.

Marcellas did the inspection and was very thorough! He went under my home and in my attic which no other company did. He walked me around my home and showed me all areas of concern he saw for termites and rodents. Marcellas offered me a solution and gave me pricing. He explained in detail what his crew was going to do and called his office to schedule the work to be done. He followed up with me after the work was done to make sure I was happy with everything. The employees that did the work were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Kilter to everyone. I am very happy

My house had a problem with ants so I called around and seems like these guys were the most knowledgeable when it comes to handling my problem. Aaron came out during my appointment and he was able to trace where the nest was and he immediately took care of it. So bye, bye to ants. Ants are tenacious creatures so when they come back I will first call Kilter. Thanks Aaron.

Brilliant rat control work from Kilter. We rang first thing Thursday morning and they agreed to come out on the same day. They found the entry point and took care of every mouse they?ve found. They laid traps and came back on a later date to get rid of the remaining mice. Thanks a lot!
