Initial call seemed rushed, but later learned was a very busy day. Arrived approximately 20 minutes after promised (number was busy so couldn't call for update). Rapidly diagnosed problem, offered estimate, and completed repair - all within 15 minutes.

It was great that the guy came within 10 minutes of our call. The bill was not really cheap, but it wasn't out of line. It was pretty much what I expected it to be.

They came out the same day and in fact were early. They worked quickly, quietly, and fixed the refrigerator. My only reservation is their labor cost was way too high. They were at our place for about 30 minutes. The part cost about $80, so their labor for a half-hour repair was close to $200! We had no choice because the refrigerator was not working.

"WE CHARGED $250.00 NOT $279.00 $85.00 PART PLUS $7.00 TAX PLUS $158.00 LABOR. WE HAD A PART IN TRUCK. THAT WAS WHY IT TAKES 30-40 MIN. OTHERWISE, WE HAD TO GO BACK AND BUY A PART AND COME BACK. IT WILL TAKE 2 HRS."

HE DOESN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. HE'S STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. HE DOESN'T SAY MUCH. HE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HE LEAVES A MAGNET WITH ALL HIS INFORMATION ON IT.
