+ -1 moreGreatly appreciate the responsiveness and flexible hours, and especially the rapid repair turn-around. English is not their first language (maybe Chinese) so not always effortless to communicate, and was surprised at the high price only a few years since the last repair, but overall a positive experience.
Description of Work: Lawn Edger would not start, same issue experienced couple of years ago. They required $10 deposit to diagnose issue, and repair was ultimately quoted as "needs a tune-up". Repair took less than 24 hours, they returned the replaced filter and spark plug, and they even replaced a broken wheel as well. Probably just required a good cleaning, but wouldn't have known that without their diagnosis unfortunately.
