Easy to schedule. Came on time. Came with a big truck and hefty fellows to take almost a whole truck load of items from my garage. Friendly and dedicated.

They have very, very good prices because it's a nonprofit and everything is donated to them. It's kind of like a goodwill or salvation army but much better quality of the merchandise and better prices. There was a brand new Ethan Allen furniture there. They were very helpful in moving things for you and even lowering the price that you thought was priced a little bit too high. They would talk it over with you and give you a little better price sometimes. Considering most of it is used merchandise, it was displayed very well and the store was really clean. It wasn't cluttered or anything. There was a lot of staff there to help. From what I understand, probably 50% of the staff are volunteers. The quality is not going to be perfect because it's used. It's not only furniture that they sell. If you're building a house and you need a door, you can go buy a door. I'm going to buy some tile next time I plan to do one of my bathrooms. They also have grout and everything.
