GREAT SERVICE!!! Victor and his company are very professional and thorough! This is the third time we use Gomez Heating & Air Conditioning. They originally installed a new AC at our new home and now at our rental house. Great prices! Showed up on time and finished on time during this current heat wave. Would recommend highly! ?????

They were a no-show on the day of service. When I called to verify the appointment they stated I had the date wrong. I made the appointment over the phone and they did not send a follow up email or text message to verify the date and time . I explained there was no way that I had the date wrong because I needed a specific date when the appointment was made. I asked to have the owner of the company call me and the receptionist argued with me almost refusing to have the owner of the company call. I have not received a phone call from the owner. The receptionist was very disrespectful stating that there was no way they could’ve made this mistake. Needless to say very disappointed in that level of professionalism and follow up. I don’t know how the service would have gone moving forward as they have not done any work at my home but definitely going with another company from this point forward. Choosing another company because of the level of disrespect from the receptionist as the first and foremost reason to choose another company.

I thought it was okay until I had an electrician and found out that they did not correctly installed the breakers on the electrical panel.

Spent very little time to find problem and provide a wrong diagnosis. Ask for refund and never hear back regarding this complaint.

OK, Jeff can come across as a bit abrasive, but all we can say is he backs his stuff up.  He was actually offended when I told him we had another estimate scheduled after his.  He gave us the lowest estimate and told us we could sign up with him and he'd refund the difference if we found a better deal.  we didn't.  His guys showed up the very next day and did a very good job.  In fact it took them significantly more them than they estimated, but never cut corners.  Very happy with the work.  They know their stuff!  Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Operator answered the phone like it is was her personal line w/no mention of business name. 
Not a deal killer for me as this is a family run operation.
So we set the Appt. for 2 to 4pm same day, however they never showed up.
No notification, no call.
I called back early evening and spoke with an elderly male, possibly Gomez, who apologized and
mentioned he would call me right back.
Once again, no call back!
Result: They took me off the market, wasted my afternoon and literally left me in the cold.

Everything went great.  They came at the time they told me.  Everything placed inspection without any problems.  I would definitely them to anyone

Gomez Heating and Air did a great job. We got started on shaky ground after reading some reviews on Yelp but they were unfounded complaints. After discussing with Jeff in detail what was the scope of work to be performed a team came on Wednesday did there portion. As promised, Victor came on the day as promised with a team headed by Gilbert and three other hard working guys. Each had there assigned duties and did a very good job. Gilbert tested both air and heating and demonstrated how to operate the thermostat. We needed a little patch work but very minor.

After weekend of very hot temps  I call Gomez Heating and Air and talked to Victor on the phone.  I told him that we were without Air conditioning this weekend.   He came out the same day and repaired and added refrigerant.   I found Victor to be very nice, professional and he got the job done at a reasonable cost.   My husband and I plan on  calling him back out when we decide to get a bid on a new AC unit for the house.

It worked out well.  They were very professional.  I would use them again.

They showed up on time, finished on time, and the workmanship is top notch.

On time and completed within the time-frame expected.
Showed us how to work the new equipment and how to change filters.

They were excellent. They came out on a Holiday to give me an estimate. Their price on a name brand unit was lower than all the other bids. They showed up on time, did an excellent installation job, and cleaned up when they were finished. Unit is operating properly.
