First Rate Remodeling (Robert-owner and crew) were very courteous, hardworking and professional.
Work started about 8:30 AM and crew worked all day with 40 minute lunch breaks.
Robert was entrusted with keys to gate and garage for tool storage and was very trustworthy with keeping owners belongings safe each day. Robert was easy to work with and explained each step of the project with the owner (no surprises). During the job, any additional work added to the scope of the contract is documented and a new estimates given to the owner.
I would most definitely recommend First Rate Remodeling to anyone who wants to hire the services of a Trusted, Professional and very knowledgeable Contractor who does excellent work.
