It went well. I called for service and Jim, the business owner, set up an appointment. Jim explained that he wasn't the cheapest priced but promised high quality work. Brad, the specialist, showed up when promised. He measured my condo, explained what he would do, and couldn't do, then gave me an estimate. The job took about 3 hours just like Brad expected. My place looked great when it was all done. Next time I need carpet cleaning, I know who to call.

They did a great job. They satisfied my wife who is a tough critic particularly of anything to do with house cleaning. She was delighted with their work. They measured the area to be cleaned and gave us an exact cost. I would highly recommend. They are not cheap but they are extremely good.

This was the third time we've used Expert Carpet Care and we have always been very pleased with their work. They were very prompt and accommodating; the person doing the estimate as well as the person doing the cleaning arriving when they said they would. The carpet in each room was vacuumed, cleaned (and spot cleaned), rinsed and treated with 3M protection. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again. One caveat about the price. We honestly don't know whether it was competitive because we didn't get multiple bids. We did the first time several years ago, but, even though they were not the cheapest, we liked what they said and the way we were treated and were very happy with the job they did.

They asked right up front if we were in a condo, what floor it was on, and about access. Had learned from previous bad experiences with cleaners that they needed to know that info right up front to schedule right equipment/techs. We wanted it cleaned before Thanksgiving and only had one day in our schedule that we'd be available and they were able to make that happen. The owner came out in advance to look over what needed to be done and give us a price. The owner came with a new tech and they moved some furniture that we couldn't, used carpet protectors under furniture legs, didn't damage anything and made the carpeting look the best it has since installation 3 years ago. We paid more than we had ever paid before, but as we've learned, you pay for what you get. He gave us carpet use/cleaning tips which were also appreciated.

Brad was very professional and showed up at the early end of our appointment time. He took the time to explain all my options and was responsive to what I did and did not want to do. Then he spent all day cleaning a house deeply lived in by two dogs and a family of four. Our carpet needed cleaning desperately as we had many guests, large gatherings and again, two dogs that live inside/outside. Our couches, embarrassingly, had started to smell like feet and had a dim layer of stains on the arm rests. Well, no more! Thanks Brad! Everything is very, very clean and I cannot believe I lived with it so dirty, so long. Will absolutely use again.

They did an excellent job of general cleaning and removing some stains. However, as a senior citizen, they were so expensive that I can't affoed to hire them again. If you have the money to spend and don't mind the very high price they will do a good job.

I've never had such an experience with a carpet/upholstery cleaner--it's personal attention plus. Jim, the owner, came by and looked at the rugs and and furniture--the rugs in particular, as they are quite old and have been in the family since before I was born. And I"m quite old.
Jim talked about how well the rugs are made and showed me the individual hand-tied knots. He showed me videos of the cleaners at work and explained about the new cleaning process. It was more or less like high school physics, meaning that I understood some parts of it, but it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He quoted me a price, which seemed fair. Not cheap, but fair, and you get what you pay for. He then moved all my furniture himself wihtout complaining and took the rugs with him.
Nearly a week later, he returned with them. Before he did, his assistant came and spent hours cleaning the furniture. It's old, too, and cat-worn, but I'm not trading it in anytime soon because the cats will wreck whatever I get. But I do want it clean, and clean it all got. While it air-dried, Jim laid the rugs down and crawled over the large one to get rid of the wrinkles. All the furniture was put back as it was--actually, better, and again without complaints.
When they left, I spent several minutes dancing around the big rug in my bare feet, which I first made certain were clean. They feel wonderful, and they look terrific as well.
