I liked the whole process. He came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. I liked him. He worked alone and did all the work himself. I called him and let him know that one of the screens were left off and he came out and fixed the problem.

He is very professional and he has very strong work ethic. Franklin is also professional window cleaner. He is a member of the international window cleaning association and also can show proof that he was a trained master window cleaner of America. Very responsive; wanted him to come early and he came that night for an immediate estimate, even though he was busy he still came. Never had windows this clean before. Also used special solution; he showed it to me and explained it to me and also offered to sale the special solution to me. He has been cleaning windows for over 15 years. Will not charge if you live in the South Beach, Orange County up to North Ervin, South Bay, Long Beach. Will go to other areas but will charge a fee to travel. Also does pressure washing. He is very organized, professional and experienced. I also made a contract with him to come out every 9 months. He was highly recommended by another service provider that does window cleaning, but would not service my area.
