Carlson Upholstery

I brought in a couple pictures (on my phone) of my chair that needed reupholstering. I wanted to keep the same general look of the chair (color and type of fabric) and needed something family-friendly. Alan Carlson found me several good fabric samples to choose from. He graciously allowed me to take some samples home to see them in our living room light and get the family's opinions. A couple days later, I returned with the samples, and we wrote up the order. The next day, they came and picked up the chair (on time), and when it was done just over a week later, they called to say it was ready. They delivered the chair the next day (also on time), and it's beautiful! The quality of the workmanship is excellent. It looks brand new, and they kept all the details of the original chair (piping, gathers, etc.), and centered/aligned the pattern perfectly. They also re-did the foam in the seat cushion, so again, it's like new. And they even made armrest covers. My very particular husband (who never gives more than an "it's okay" review) has commented on what a great job they did. I would definitely recommend Carlson's, and will use them again for future projects.

They did a great job. Very polite and prompt in pickup and delivery. Definitely would rehire them in the future.

We had a queen anne chair and a rocking chair from early fifties reupholstered .We make an appointment and the man came out  with samples.  Not pushing we were able to take are time and he answered all are questions with some suggestions.  He took are chairs and brought back a week later.  They did a professional job.  The price is quoted was the price be paid.

I WASN'T AS HAPPY WITH THE COUCH AS I WAS WITH THE CHAIRS. THEY WERE VERY NICE, BUT I DON'T THINK THAT THIS IS THEIR EXPERTISE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL TO ME.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND REMOVED MY COUCH AND LOVE SEAT TO BE REUPHOLSTERED. THEY DID A VERY EFFICIENT JOB REUPHOLSTERING MY LOVE SEAT AND COUCH. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AS WELL AS THE SERVICE, THERE'S NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE COMPANY I COULD SAY.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FIXED WORN OUT BOLTS AND DID EVERYTHING AND MORE. GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH AND THEN SOME. THE SERVICEMAN WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND, AND I AM HAPPY I CHOSE THIS COMPANY.

THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND THEY MAKE THE FURNITURE LOOK BRAND NEW.
