They had to leave to go get more parts and I told them that I had to leave as well. I asked them to leave the bill but they didn't. They haven't responded yet.

WE'D GONE OUT OF TOWN TO COME HOME DECEMBER 30TH TO FIND OUR WATER SHUT BECAUSE OF A BUSTED PIPE. THEY CAME NEXT MORNING (NEW YEARS EVE) AND TOOK CARE OF THIS IN 1/2 DAY. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK!
