Home Inspection
I THOUGHT THE PRICE THIS COMPANY WAS CHARGING WAS A LITTLE HIGH. BUT BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE HOME I WAS BUYING WAS PROBLEM FREE I PAID IT. AFTER THIS COMPANY DID THE HOME INSPECTION IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS GOING BAD, SO I WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE THE OWNER REPAIRING IT. IN KNOWING THIS I KNOW THAT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY I PAID. WHEN THIS COMPANY WAS FINALLY DONE INSPECTING THE HOME I RECEIVED A FULL DETAILED REPORT.
