Auto Body Work
My car was rear ended and bumper was damaged. The repair was paid by the other party's insurance. The bumper was replaced by a recycled bumper assembly. The condition of replacement part was good and the quality of work was fair. I mentioned to the service writer Mark Torres to check the transmission for possible damage because I am having difficulty shifting gears from park to drive and might be accident related. This problem (shifting gears) just started after the accident. However the shop did not look in to the problem.
