WHOLESALE SHUTTER COMPANY INC

This is the third time my husband and I have used this company!  Everything about this experience went smoothly - from the first consultation for an estimate, to installation completion. This company is very professional with great prices; we obtained estimates from at least three providers, and Wholesale Shutters was significantly less costly.  We're VERY happy with the product and the new, clean look to the windows.

We had two large windows with views of a canyon that we wanted to install shutters over. My husband wanted minimal obstruction for the view, so he wanted as few panels as possible. The guy who measured said we could go with two wide panels instead of four narrower ones so we went ahead and ordered them. After a few months, the weight of the panels made the shutters sag, so we called them back. They sent someone out to take them down and modify the existing pieces, which was fine. However, they initially refused to redo the windows that ran above these areas. The result was that the upper window remained 2 wide panels and the lower,taller windows that sagged were changed to 4 panels. I had to go to the owner to request that everything be modified so the panels lined up on top and bottom. Finally, after yet another visit and another couple weeks of waiting for them to fix the problem, they were in. We would still recommend the company. They have fantastic prices that can't be beat anywhere else. Just be careful to remember that for large windows, especially tall ones, these can be extremely heavy and get a second opinion if you want to do anything out of the ordinary.
