Tod Farson, Owner, came out prior to the cleaning day, and gave us a very detailed description of the cleaning process they use and how it would react to our particular brand of carpet. He was very thorough and gave us a professional packet to keep and read of all their services, the cleaning agent they use. We have allergies and I was impressed that their products are biodegradable and not full of toxic chemicals like some are. The two men who cleaned the carpet were punctual, did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet and moved furniture so they could clean under it then put strofoam under the furniture legs until it dried. The price was reasonable compared to some of the other estimates we got. We live in the Sun Lakes Retirement community in Banning and Universal got a very high recommendation from 3 people we talked to. We will definitely call them again to clean our carpet.

They arrived on time and were polite and professional. After introductions the rooms wee measured and the price was set, it was within $2.00 of the price quoted on the phone. An hour later the carpet looked great and they were loading up there equipment.

From the initial contact to schedule an appointment through the experience of technicians arriving and completing the cleaning service, they were professional, pleasant and courteous. There were absolutely no surprises, which is a good thing. The final result fully met expectations with no drama or excuses. We were pleased!

They cleaned all the carpets like bakery brand new. They used the Vor Tech cleaning system. My house is 31000 sq ft and they cleaned all the carpets there. I will use them in the future.

OVERALL I THINK THEY'RE VERY GOOD. THEY'RE A GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR A TEAR, BUT I DIDN'T GET IT. I'M NOT GOING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT. OVERALL I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY DID TOUCH UP WORK ON THE GROUT WHEN I CALLED THEM THAT DAY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK.
