"After reading over this review I must provide some commentary regarding [removed member name]. Our contract explicitly stated the work which would be completed. We explained to Windy that at her budget would not allow us to complete the project according to the blueprints she provided. Our plans for the project submitted and approved in a written contract, were approved by Windy prior to our start of the project. Nowhere in our contract did we state we would enclose the ends of the hoop house as Windy had explained she would do that on her own. She originally had expected that it would be covered in our pricing but it was not financially possible, given her budget. We did exactly as we stated we would do regarding the greenhouse ends, and that was to enclose one end utilizing materials she already had on site. Our netting from FarmTek was specified in her plans and we used that particular netting also. It is the highest quality netting available for such projects. The netting was secured together in sections, utilizing zip ties since the netting sections were not wide enough to completely span the entire project. Our crew made several additional trips back to the site to address minor issues and we have not heard a word from this customer until the Angies negative posting on Jan 20, 2014. For a project that was completed in April of 2013 it is a bit surprising to get such negative reviews after 9 months when we received no calls from Windy addressing her concerns over this same time frame. Our crew also returned to the site and delivered free fill dirt to her on several occasions. Windy had to be reminded on numerous occasions that we obligated to our contract which did not state that we were constructing the project according to her plans. We incorporated over 80% of the design intentions of her plans she brought too us. With a crew of 4 on the week long project, and being a licensed, bonded and insured contractor, our overhead and materials added to our costs plus this labor made it extremely difficult to make a profit on this project. It is not our intent here to badmouth this customer, simply to refute what has been said and to shed some light on this project in hopes that all who read these comments will gain an appreciation for their licensed, bonded, insured and workers compensation paying contractors our there who are trying desperately to make a living. Upon completion of the project we were certain we had gained a valuable customer for life but in retrospect it appears that some customers cannot be pleased."
