It went great. Lane was quick to return phone calls and emails, even on weekends. He offered very good advice. Any problem was corrected without dispute, usually within 24 hours. His crew was outstanding, friendly, helpful, and polite. When one of the crew was going to be 15 minutes late, Lane contacted us and warned us. That is service above and beyond anything we could expect.
