The installer Corey is customer service oriented, he kept me involved in the process and asked my preference in all the details such as location, type of connectivity and offered options to fit my preferences

Had all equipment necessary for any installation. Corey installed 4 wall TV mounts, different sizes, requirements, etc. Very professional.

He went above and beyond for us! The first thing I need to mention is that he really lived up to his name and came fully prepared to do the job. He had so many specialized tools that it made me jealous and his customer service is amazing! He came in on a Saturday at 8am and was working on our project until 9pm making sure that everything was working right. He was very meticulous with our installation and made sure that no parts of my wall were damage during the process. He also performed a really clean install and fished all the wires behind the drywall and in the ceilings for us. He informed us of the process every step of the way. While he was in our attic he even identified several issues with a previous contractors work. That contractor had left exposed wires and open junction boxes when we hired him for a recessed lighting installation. Corey told us about it and even took it upon himself to go to Home Depot to get the parts needed to clean everything up the way it was supposed to be - and he did not even charge us for this. Also, while I was planning the project I had purchased a wall mount a few other parts that turned out to not work with my situation. When Corey saw that we needed new parts he went out of his way to make sure that we got the correct parts to complete the job. He then came back on a second day to help us get the parts installed at no cost. I am amazed with the service that he provided!
