We called Coryell & Associates because we found out we had stachybotrys mold, which can be very dangerous. John Coryell spent an hour on the phone with us walking us through a mold orientation, then got a good remediator (a different company) out at 7:30 Saturday morning to work all weekend. When he came on Tuesday to do the post-test, he spent several hours walking through our entire house, garage, and guest house, pointing out water intrusion problem spots, but also identifying termites, asbestos, and rodent intrusion points. He even gave my husband pointers on doing some structural repairs to the garage. John was great from the first phone call through the last one (when he told us we're clear and don't need to do anything else). He is extremely generous with his time and very knowledgeable. He was also great about keeping our pocketbook in mind - he never pushed the expensive route when the cheap one would do just fine. Notwithstanding that, he's a stickler for safety - if he had found one stachybotrys spore, our remediator would have had to come back out on his own dime to completely redo the abatement. He has kids and does his work with kids in mind, so everything has to be done perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone.
