I contacted Mr. Taylor around 6pm and he agreed to come on the same evening. 
He was courteous and professional and recommend him highly. 
After running the cable, he checked the sink in multiple different ways to make sure it was indeed fixed and working properly. 
He was very clean and made sure to take shoes off when entering the home, and cleaned up after himself. 
Very happy with the service and that the sink was fixed the same day!

Arrived within the timeframe quoted. He tried his very best to repair what was wrong; and I admire his determination to be most cost effective to the customer. A job that I described as fixing a leak and ended up with a new water heater. I am extremely satisfied with his repair and then subsequent installation of the new water heater and replacement of inadequate tubing.  I highly, highly recommend Chris Taylor.

Had my problem fixed less than two hours after I called them. He arrived quickly and got right to work, quickly managed to figure out what the problem was, reassuring me (an extremely stressed out new homeowner) that he could fix it right away. It turns out that someone had previously attempted to MacGyver the pipe closed with a clamp and socket, which had finally given way and was shooting out water at an alarming rate. He removed the "contraption" and hand threaded the pipe then screwed a half inch cap on and it was done! He turned my water back on to test everything, and backfilled the hole while I went to go write him a check - the hole thing took less than 30min. He was very polite and friendly, appeared professional and even smelled good! I was extremely happy that this turned out to be a simple fix, and I know who I'll be calling next time I need plumbing help.

I called expecting it would not be easy to get someone out on a Saturday but Chris was able to come out within an hour. He assessed the problem and told me what he needed to do to repair it. He made the repairs it in a timely fashion and cleaned up his work area.
I was very happy that he took the time to explain what he needed to do.  Chris is friendly, courteous and professional.  I am very pleased with the whole experience.

We had called another plumber to do the rooter service on our sewer line....previous plumber did not have the correct equipment nor knowledge to do the full job.  So we called Chris Taylor.  He was magnificent!  He had all of the tools, machines and knowledge to fix ALL of our plumbing needs.  He completely cleaned up after his work and took extra time to complete other requests ....all with an eager attitude to fix all of our plumbing problems!!! AND AT VERY REASONABLE PRICE!   Wow....what a find....we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs!!!!  A BIG THANK YOU CHRIS!!! :)

Same day service, arrived when he said he would.  Clean professional and listened to need and met them.

Had a slow flushing toilet (sometimes had to flush twice to get the job done). My husband is fairly knowledgeable about plumbing and has successfully fixed plumbing problems in the past but did not have the time to check what was wrong with it. We called three different plumbers (all from Angie's list) and Chris Taylor was the only one who could come the same day. He said he would be available between 2-4. He arrived around 2:30 pm and diagnosted the problem within minutes. Since we have an old house my husband thought that part of the plumbing would have to be replaced. Chris said that indeed our plumbing was getting old but that the main problem was a valve in the toilet tank. He explained everything in detail and honestly. He did not try to fix something else too to make more money or stall for time. Since he had the part needed on his truck (for a reasonable $15) we had him install it. He was in and out of our house including fixing the problem in less than 45 minutes. Since plumbers get paid by the hour and not minutes, we happily paid the $85 labor. My husband (who dealt with Chris for the most part) said that Chris was professional, honest and reasonable. We paid $100 which saved us the time and energy to go out and find the right part ourselves and then spend the time to fix it. Since both my hsuband and I are very busy, it was well worth it. Can definitely recommend Taylor's plumbing.

I called Chris early Monday morning and he got there later that same morning...he took the toilet tank off then replaced the seal between the tank and the bowl. The old seal was too short and had moved to the side allowing water to leak out of it when flushed. Chris had the part necessary for the repair. It has been a week later and the toilet works as good as new. Thanks Chris for another awesome repair.

To make a long story short I had air conditioner work done buy someone who was bonded and licensed...prior to this work I asked them several times if they could do plumbing....their answer was always yes...they ended up stripping the seat valve in the hot water faucet stem and I ended up having to have the wall ripped open and my water turned off for close to a week, After turning off the water they never showed up to finish the job...
I got quotes of 300.00...400.00...60.00 an hour...200.00 with no guarantees from other companies...
Chris Taylor was extremely professional from start to finish...he arrived promptly on a Friday with a heartfelt smile and hand shake for the initial job estimate....after learning I had been without inside running water for days...he quickly assed the job...reassuring me it was an easy fix, was the only one out of many to notice my hot water air vent was not connected and gave me helpful advise on saving money...where others had told me it was a very difficult and expensive job....Chris gave me a verbal quote and promised to send a Proposal by email to myself and my Son no later than the next morning..true to his word it arrived in both of our mail boxes as promised.
I was sold a unibody faucet by a Plumbing Hardware Store...when I told Chris I had paid 180.00 for the shower faucet he advised me to check out Home Depot where I could buy the same brand for a lot cheaper and get a one body faucet instead of a unibody faucet which had many many parts that could end up leaking. Needless to say I found the part Chris suggested for 60.00....what a savings...
Due to Chis Taylor's friendly nature and willingness to help we decided to use his services...I am so very glad we did...upon receiving our acceptance email on that following Monday, he called me saying he would complete the work that day so I could have running water..at this point I had been almost a week with a garden hose stuck in my kitchen window and was toting buckets of water to the bathroom to flush the toilet...believe me I was so very thankful he squeezed me into his busy schedule and on a Monday too....
The amazing part of this story is Chis arrived limping with a swollen ankle and two big gashes in his left shin....I could tell he was in a lot of pain....I opted to have him do the repair work some other time...his answer was NO WAY...I had been without running water long enough...NEVER did he complain about the pain and even tho I knew his leg hurt he completed the job doing work I was not charged for...only because it needed to be done...
The shower faucet was not an easy repair....I live in an older Mobile Home and the shower faucet had not been put in properly....Chris had to take everything apart so he could use some of the old parts on the new parts...the old parts were corroded and difficult to get apart without damaging them...this did not phase Chris...he worked steadily and patiently so they were useable which kept my cost down...as Chis worked I asked him many questions and he seemed delighted to share in his knowledge...after putting everything together he could have stopped there...but he didn't...
The shower faucet was standing without any stabilizing reinforcement so the plumbing could be done without infringement....I thought the person who was going to close the wall would provide the stabilizing work...at least all of the other Plumbers I had spoken to, told me they did not do any of the wall or stabilizing reinforcement work...but Chris proceeded to replace the faucet reinforcement bars...doing a better job than what was originally there...
I will use Chris Taylor's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs...you might laugh...but when he left today I felt like I was saying goodbye to a family member or an old friend...

His price was reasonable and he explained everything to me. I was very impressed with him. He gave me a better price and explanation of what needed to be done. He was never pushy about what needed to be done and instead really took time to make sure I understood the repairs. I was very happy with his work and I would recommend him to others.

The service was fantastic. Whenever I call him he is ready to go. He is very good at getting here quickly. He answers emergency calls which is why I use him.
