Barstow Appliance Repair

I called on 11/24/15 and set up an appointment for appliance repair for 11/25/15. They said someone would be out between 9am and Noon on 11/25/15. On 11/25/15, no one shows up at the scheduled time, they no called no showed. I waited until about 1pm to check on the status of my appliance repair job. The number I called said that I needed to call the customer service line, so I called the number for customer service. I got no response from customer service for 2 hours. I called the appointment line again, and they kept trying to transfer me back to the customer service line, after I had asked them not to do this and that I needed to talk to someone about my scheduled service. The appointment line quit taking my calls, and then I finally go through the customer service line and explained my situation. They said they would get back to me; and they did get back to me fairly quickly. They advised me that the scheduled appointment for 11/25/15 was cancelled on 11/24/15. I later found out on 11/25/15 they cancelled my appointment because they did not have any representatives who could come out and do the work that I had made arrangements for on 11/24/15. This company not even has the courtesy to call me and follow up with me letting me know my appointment was cancelled.
