They were slow to respond to tenant needs. In several cases they basically came to us to handle arranging the work. We had an urgent situation with our tenants and they were unable to contact the company on the emergency line. They were good at collecting money for us but there were a lot of questionable repairs and problems with responding to tenants. When we tried to complain to their managers, there was a lot of finger pointing to the tenants.
