RAY'S RV SALES & SVC

We arrived on time and the person we had spoken with came out to greet us.  We were asked to drive our motorhome to a parking area on their lot and to give them the keys to our Yaris.  They explained what they proposed to do and asked if this was agreeable to us.  It was all as we had understood.  After they gave us an estimate of how long before they came back for the keys to the motorhome we said we would wait.  They have a very nice waiting area with a coffee maker, TV, and a few recliners.  We made ourselves comfortable.  When they were finished with the car we pulled our RV around for the finishing up of the connection.  When they had completed the entire job they explained how to connect, disconnect, set, and adjust our new system.  The person was very patient and answered all questions (and some more than once).  He watched while we demonstrated that we understood all aspects of the process. 
The only delay we had in the process was that we had to wait a short time before the person who had our paperwork was back from lunch to complete it.  As this is an almost family owned operation we felt like we were waiting around the den with friends by that time.
