The job is not yet finished.
Details are suddenly appearing that were not discussed. The actual workers are not cleaning as they go, expecting that the owner do cleanup. Not expected nor discussed, the usual custom is that contractors and workers clean as they go and certainly clean up construction debris before call the job complete.
Mr Taylor is unresponsive to inquiries, not returning email or phone calls.
