The guy seemed nice and knowledgable at first but appeared to be game playing with pricing. He admitted when asked about a specfic breakdown of pricing he mentioned later that they only give you a lump price on the project, but was very difficult to get any specific pricing. He was lumping prices together without giving any details, 5 hours worth of price changing on his part later, he finally came up with a overall contract for the project. Often changed the description of work and prices on a very basic project. Also asked for a 40-60% down payment before any work was to be done. He told us that their is only a 7 day cancellation on this particular project, when reality by law their is only 3 day's in which you could cancel. Seemed like he was trying to drag out the time period so he would get the $ if we cancelled.
