TORRES DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR

I needed a pool demolished and removed. After researching Angie's List and Yelp for pool removal, I ended up going with Javier Torres. Not only did he show me pictures of pools that he had removed, but he seemed to be the fastest with estimated project completion. When I asked him how he could be 4 days less than his competitors, he said that he would bring in two mini Bobcats to do the job. I mentioned that I had a narrow entrance into the back yard, and that a Bobcat could not fit, and thus why the other had to bring in hand jack hammers. He measured the doorway, and said "Yes, we can get them in. We have small 36" wide Bobcats." Not only did Javier do a great job, he was very good at communicating over text and calls. The soils engineer (a must in Pasadena), Duco Engineering was recommended Javier, also was very quick to do their measurements to speed the job through to completion. He was on site most days, and they complied with Pasadena dust codes. I will be using them again to demo my driveway in the future.

They were on time and did the work on time. They finished the work when they said they would.

They were courteous and timely. Watching them work, showed their experience as well as their professionalism. I am satisfied with their work.

We made an appointment he was prompt and the first thing he did was hand me a business card. Mr. Torres gave me a fair price and a date to do the work. His company came as promised and completed the job in about five hours including clean up.

The crew of 4 arrived jut when it was scheduledd; they did the work quickly and efficiently (minor damage where the beams had been affixed ot the house, but that may have been unavoidable); they hauled it all away without trying to gauge us for "dumping fees" A few scraps of wood that they should have removed remained, but nothing at all serious.

Javier was on time for the bid and gave us a very resonable price to demolish and haul away an old sunroom. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. They did an amazing job demo-ing the sunroom and picked everything up after. They even removed the old linoleum flooring from the slab. For an extra $50.00 they hauled away some other stuff as well. Great job! I would use them again in a second and will do when it's time to demo the bathrooms for remodeling.
