PumpMan

Our house is located quite a distance below the street and sewer line. The sump pump froze just before guests came for Thanksgiving. It was necessary to get the plumbing working quickly! Our usual plumbers, R&D, weren't able to work on the pump because it was underground and a bigger pump than they work with; they referred us to PumpMan. Jamie, a PumpMan employee, arrived promptly the next morning, looked over the situation, and determined that two floats were broken and need replacing. He had to order parts. Another PumpMan employee, Eddie, drove the long distance from their office (it took an hour or two) during which time Jamie had nothing to do. When Eddie arrived with parts, the two men worked several hours fixing the pump and installing a much better alarm and off switch.
