Norm Altshuler of Nogrehe Products is a miracle worker. When I spoke to him about the complications I encountered in the design of the countertop, he followed through with clarification phone calls, and making sure the product got to the site. He is wonderful to work with and makes suggestions. He doesn't keep harping on something when the customer says the choice is not an option. He keeps you informed on whatever is happening with the materials of the job.Presently he is looking for a Haze colored Caesarstone remnant slab but when his sources were bare, he called to let me know and was willing to call any other ones we suggested to get the product. I would use him again if I ever needed a counter top man.
