I came to Durans by refurrel and right away was impressed on how nice jessica was in the front office she made the whole experience easy and fast told me she would call the insurance and then call me the next day which she did then after everything was approved took 4 days for my car to be fixed in perfect condition. I have since referred 10 people who all love the way the work was done and the customer service.. Rico is the owner and he is also really nice!
