It was great. Albina was the person who helped me and she was fantastic. She consistently followed up when my kitchen work got delayed and ensured that the slab of granite I had picked out was saved for me. The installers were great too. Fast and efficient. There was not one problem.

First of all, the project cost is only an estimate. I don't know what the contractor paid the subcontractor. Jack and his assistant from Colormason came to measure. He pointed out that my window casing did not match the door casing and suggested I get uniform casing throughout before the granite installation (I appreciated this suggestion immensely). When the installers came the fellow mis-cut the receptacle openings in a small section of Granite. I did not like the replacement piece he put in so he came back the following day with a better match. Also, the backsplash behind the stove was too high for the microwave. Colormason sent a supervisor out with a workman to cut the granite behind the stove about an inch. After the microwave was installed, Colormason returned once again to evenly fill in the irregular section behind the stove. Ultimately everything worked out okay. Mistakes do happen, but they did correct their mistakes.
